How to warm up Telegram Accounts for Outreach Campaigns

Introduction
Account warming is the process of gradually building activity and reputation for Telegram accounts before launching cold outreach campaigns. New or inactive accounts that suddenly start sending mass messages are flagged by Telegram's anti-spam systems, resulting in restrictions or permanent bans.
Proper account warming establishes your accounts as legitimate, active users—significantly reducing the risk of blocks and improving deliverability rates for your outreach campaigns.

Recommended For: All new outreach accounts and accounts with 2+ weeks of inactivity

Account Requirements
Which Accounts Need Warming:

Purchased accounts with no prior activity
Accounts inactive for 2+ weeks
Set up Before Warming:
✅ Telegram Premium subscription for each account (required). Read here on how to send a Telegram Premium to all your accounts quickly.
✅ Complete profile: username, name, photo, bio
✅ 5-10 saved contacts
✅ Joined 2-3 public groups/chats
Step 1: Submit your accounts to warm up in the CRMChat Dashboard
Go to Outreach → Telegram Accounts and find a warmup submission form below. Once you do that, you'll start receiving messages from CRMChat AI-powered accounts.
UPD: If you don't see the warmup form in the Telegram Accounts section, please message the support team, and we'll manually add your accounts to warmup.
Step 2: Maintain conversations with AI-powered warmup accounts from CRMChat
Go to Outreach → Chats to switch between your accounts and maintain conversations with our AI accounts for at least 2 weeks. Send 2-3 messages per day in every chat with AI, and try to keep that consistency. Add as many contacts as possible to each Outreach account.

Step 3: Join some public and private chats
Joining chats and sending messages & reactions there also boosts your account authority.

✅ Respond naturally to received messages

DON'T:
❌ Use automation tools during warming
❌ Message strangers before completing warm-up

Stop all outreach immediately
Contact @SpamBot from the restricted account, click /start
