Crmchat.ai – CRM and Outreach functionality for Telegram – owned by Hintsflow Inc., hereby confirms that it adheres to the following strict data protection standards, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all customer data processed through its platform:

  • We do not permanently store any Telegram messages or customer communications.

  • All data passing through our infrastructure is fully encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest using strong, industry-grade encryption (AES-256).

  • No raw customer data is used for analytics or logging.

  • Clients retain full ownership and control of their data. A client can disconnect their workspace or delete their instance at any time, and all associated data is deleted instantly and irreversibly.

  • At customers’ request, workspaces can be hosted on EU-based server infrastructure.
