How can I make all conversations from my Telegram account appear in the CRM?

We can't automatically sync all conversations from your Telegram account. However, you can sync a Telegram Folder and add all required conversations there. If you go to "Outreach" > "Telegram Accounts", and turn on "Lead Auto-Creation" for the account, then all the NEW incoming messages with create a CRM Lead in CRMChat.

What is lead auto creation?

Lead Auto Creation enables automatic lead creation from anyone who writes to your Telegram account. Example: you go to a conference and actively network. Within these 2 days, a hundred people will text you. If you enable Lead Auto Creation, they will all be added to CRMchat automatically.

Can I import all the contacts in my CSV file into CRMchat CRM?

Usually, clients use CSV imports for outreach sequences, where only those who reply convert into CRM leads. If you want all contacts from your CSV imported into the CRM, we can do it manually, starting from the Team Plan. Contact our support team and provide your Workspace ID (in Settings, scroll to the bottom) and send us the CSV list, which MUST contain a column with Telegram Usernames.
