How do I delete a workspace?

To delete a workspace in CRMChat, follow these steps:

1. Open your CRMChat dashboard and navigate to your workspace settings

2. Go to Settings > Invite team

3. Delete everyone from the workspace (remove all team members)

4. Look for the specific workspace you wish to delete

5. Leave the workspace yourself

6. The workspace will be deleted automatically

Important: Always ensure you double-check the workspace you are deleting, as this action might be irreversible.

How many workspaces can I add?

Five workspaces within your subscription.

I cannot add a teammate

Ask your colleague to start the @crmchat_crm_bot first. The app will 'see' your colleague, and then you can invite. After that, the colleague needs to go to the @crmchat_crm_bot and accept the invite.

I have added a teammate, but the link expired

No worries, revoke the invitation in the 'Invite Team' menu and send it again. Also, make sure that your colleague has started the app @crmchat_crm_bot, otherwise, the bot will not 'see' your colleague.
