I ordered a Telegram account. When will I get it?

Our usual account delivery time is 24 hours. Don't worry, we received a notification with your order and your workspace details. If you don't hear from us in 24 hours, please send us your WorkspaceID (in the Settings, then scroll to the bottom). Don't forget to type /human to call for a team member to support you with adding the account to your workspace.

How can I purchase Telegram Premium for my outreach accounts? Do I need it?

Yes, purchasing Telegram Premium for your outreach accounts is required to increase the cold messaging limits up to 15 per account (learn more here). This ensures that you can efficiently reach potential clients through your outreach activities.

1. Use your main Telegram account to access the @PremiumBot.

2. From your main account, you can gift Premium to your purchased accounts by typing the username of your outreach account during purchase.

3. Alternatively, you can buy Telegram Stars from your main account and gift stars to your outreach accounts.

4. After gifting the stars, purchase Premium directly using stars from each outreach account.

Important: When purchasing Telegram Premium using @PremiumBot, use a virtual card, which you can easily block. Also, after purchasing a TG premium using @PremiumBot, type /stop to cancel automatic renewal.

This is because of the new Telegram account freezing policy, which won't allow you to cancel your TG Premium subscription by typing /stop in @PremiumBot on a frozen account.

Can I edit the Telegram account I bought from you?

Sure, the account is yours. Just go to Outreach > Chat, open any account, and set it up like you'd set up any account using a regular Telegram client in the Profile Tab. According to our guidelines, change bio, pic, photo, and name with Telegram handle.

Which countries' accounts do you have?

We have US/Canada accounts (most universal/neutral) and Russian accounts for Russia.

Why was my account limited, but the Spam Info bot shows no limitations?

It's because the account was limited for a day, and when you checked in the Spam Info bot, the limitations were already released.

Do you warm up the accounts I buy from crmchat.ai?

Our accounts are 70+ days old at least. However, we recommend starting campaigns with a limit of 5 daily messages and increasing gradually by 1-2 messages per day up to 10-15. If you reach out to people with whom you had conversations previously (warm contacts), you can increase the limit to 40-50 daily messages.
